Buying a used car is a very good economical choice. In the first few years they dramatically depreciate - allowing you to potentially grab a bargain! We suggest the following 5 steps for the best possible result:

Step 1: We recommend you do a little research on the model you're interested in (see Drive link below)

Step 2: Once you know all the basics, don't stress - we are here to help, look on the Carsales website (see link below) and enter your search criteria i.e. Location, budget, colour, transmission etc... The more details you put in the better

Step 3: Enter the registration number into VIC Roads data base (see link below) - Check for current registration status and that no finance is owing on the car

​

 

Step 4: Make arrangements to look at car yourself, drive it and make notes

​

 

Step 5: If all appears OK, this is where you contact us & schedule an appointment. We will go on-site & provide you with a comprehensive report on the following:

• Overall impression

• Condition of the body 

• Condition of all mechanics

• Accident/damage repairs 

• Check the vehicle service history

• Discuss future servicing plan & costs 

• Check the vehicles Sale/Market value 

• Check for finance owing/stolen status

If the the vehicle is found not suitable, we advise you and only charge a service call of $110 

​

* A full inspection is only carried out at the mechanics discretion

Interstate Buyers- We also carry out inspections for interstate customers.

You don't need to be present, as the report can be emailed.

You can discuss the inspection directly with the mechanic that carries out the inspection. Payment can be made over the phone.
