Buying a used car is a very good economical choice. In the first few years they dramatically depreciate - allowing you to potentially grab a bargain! The following 5 steps are suggested for the best possible result: Step 1. We usually recommend you do a little research online on the model your interested in Step 2. Once you know all the basics (don't stress - we are here to help) download the 'carsales' application and enter your search criteria i.e. Location, budget, colour, transmission etc... Step 3. Enter the registration number into VIC Roads data base - Check for current registration and that no finance is owing on the car Step 4. Make arrangements to go look at it yourself, drive it and take some notes Step 5. If all appears OK, this is were you contact us & schedule an appointment. We will go on-site & provide you with a comprehensive report on the following: - Overall impression - Condition of the body - Condition of all mechanics - Accident/damage repairs - Check the vehicle service history - Discuss future servicing plan & costs - Check the vehicles Sale value/Market value - Check the vehicles for finance owing/stolen status If the the vehicle is found not suitable, we advise you and only charge a service call of $110. A full inspection is only carried out at the mechanics discretion. NOTE - minimum of 24 hours notice required for cancellation of appointment. Charges to apply for same day cancellations
