4WD DRIVE SERVICE

When we come out on-site to carry out a 4WD service the following work is done by an experienced mechanic:

• Full safety inspection is carried out

• If any issues are found with the vehicle they are reported to the customer

• Only with customers authorisation are additional repairs carried out

• If no additional repairs are required the following is done: 

• Inspect & adjust brakes

• Inspect /adjust all levels 

• All driveshafts greased

• All steering linkages checked/greased

• Bump stops inspected

• Replace engine oil and filter with appropriate grade oil

• Replace fuel filter

• Replace air filter

• Replace spark plugs (Petrol)

• Check fuel traps (Diesel)

• Clean throttle body (Petrol)

• Clean intake/EGR (Diesel)

• Scan ECU & diagnose/interpret any fault codes

• Check/adjust all tyre pressures

• Check all lights/wipers/electrics

All the above is carried out on-site for $200 plus parts & oils. We remove all waste oils and packaging from the job-site.
